Can I pay online?
Yes, when booking an appointment at Calmify, you can pay using bank transfer or G Cash, the payment is in advance in order to get a therapist going to your address at the desired time and date. Remember to upload your proof of payment after the checkout or replying to the confirmation email once booked. You will find all the instructions at the checkout.
Can I pay directly to the therapist?
No, our internal policies strictly regulate this for the safety of the therapist and our clients, all of our payment methods are specified at the moment of checkout.
Do you have a physical place?
No, We do not have a physical place yet, but we hope to open our Spa soon to incorporate more services. For now we only offer our services at your doorstep.
Do I need to register to use your service?
Not necessarily to make a booking but in order to have a better experience in our website we encourage you to have an active account with us, this will allow you to make new appointments, check your appointments history, receive news and be able to participate in our giveaways. All your data is protected by our privacy policies, your account information is only visible by you and only some of it like: your name, phone number and address is used to process our service.
